– Shipping costs range between $1.93-$6 depending on the volume of products ordered.

– You can achieve free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

  • Do you deliver outside the US?

– At the moment we only ship nationally, but in the future our goal is to offer international shipping.

  • Will you send a tracking number for my order?

– Yes, a tracking number will be sent along with your order confirmation for your convenience.

  • If I ordered the wrong product what should I do?

– If you order a product you wish to return, call our customer service or e-mail us at If the product is unopened you return it for a full refund or exchange it for the product you originally wanted to purchase. If the product has been tampered with, then we will provide a credit you can use to purchase any of the amazing products we carry!

  • What is our returns and exchanges policy?

– Returns: To return a product(s) please e-mail us at to request a return. Please in the title of the e-mail clearly state “return” so we can effectively process it, provide the original order number and a reason for your return. Once the return has been approved and processed you can return your products to the address we provide. We will credit your account within 10 business days of receiving your item(s). Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

– Exchanges: You can always exchange your products if you’re unsatisfied, however they need to be in the original packaging, unused and unopened. Like returns, please e-mail us and clearly state “exchange” on the title of the e-mail as well as the order number and reason why you would like to exchange the product. Once the exchange has been approved, you will be responsible to ship the products back to the address we provide. Once the product(s) have been received we will ship the new ones at no extra cost to you.
